About Us

PICThe church is the Lord Jesus, working in and through His people, wherever they are. We have begun, with the understanding that the church is not a building, but a body – the body of Christ. This church is His church—Christ is recognized as Lord here. He is God incarnate, our Saviour, our Redeemer! We are a group of people who have believed upon Christ, love Christ, follow Christ, obey Christ, and serve Christ.

More important than numbers, programs, and structures, is the need for the foundation of sound doctrine, spiritual leadership, and active service. We are convinced that God's legacy of faithfulness to us will continue in the future if we remain faithful to Him and His Word. We reinforce the fact that the Word of God alone is sufficient for equipping and growing people in the Lord.

This is why our ministry is committed to systematically teaching the Scriptures. We are on a mission of proclaiming, appreciating, understanding, and systematically internalizing Scripture so that we can keep our ways pure before God. If you delight in the Word, and don't forget the Word, then holiness will find you, and by God’s grace, it will define your life. We proclaim a God-exalting theology, God-centered worldview, and God-glorifying approach to life and ministry. We seek to cultivate a transcendent worship which produces the fear of God and great joy and we promote a passion for God’s holy name and a defense of His glorious reputation.

We worship together in our remote location, in a rural setting, in a private school building(Amani Acres Christian Academy). With a diverse group, reaching the communities of Mannville, Vermilion, Wainwright, Irma, and beyond, there is great fellowhip here. The oportunities for service are great, the Lord is building His church before our eyes, and how encouraging it is to be an instrument in God's hand as this is done. Whether it is from our senior members or our many youth, the light of our glorious gospel is being spread to our communities around us.

The difference is worth the drive. Give us a chance to imitate our Lord Jesus Christ and to serve you well.
